We do not offer refunds on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health and safety reasons. Please contact us and we will assist you with the process. SHIPPING RETURNED ITEMS: Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED ITEMS: If you find the product has been damaged in shipment (cracked, leaking, broken), contact us immediately and we will be glad to send you a new product at our expense. We simply ask that you send us a picture, documenting the damage.
