REFUNDS: You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 10 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund. We do not offer refunds on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health and safety reasons. Please contact us and we will assist you with the process. SHIPPING RETURNED ITEMS: Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED ITEMS: If you find the product has been damaged in shipment (cracked, leaking, broken), contact us immediately and we will be glad to send you a new product at our expense. We simply ask that you send us a picture, documenting the damage.
