All other returns after 15 days will evaluated and may incur a restocking fee up to 25% of the cost. The return must have a RMA number assigned to it. Return postage with insurance is the customer responsibility. 4.) Jewelry Not Covered Under Warranty: Please be aware that our 2-month warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects.
