All jewelry at Lumiere Luxury is genuine, authentic and of consistent high quality and value. 3.) We have a 60 day warranty on all our jewelry against any factory defects. All other returns after 15 days will evaluated and may incur a restocking fee up to 25% of the cost. The return must have a RMA number assigned to it. Return postage with insurance is the customer responsibility. 4.) Jewelry Not Covered Under Warranty: Please be aware that our 2-month warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects. It does not cover the following: General wear and tear such as scratches, dents, nicks or missing stones. Although our jewelry is resistant to moisture, water damage is not covered.
