Flat Rate Shipping of $9.95 per order. ORDER SHIPPING: Most orders should be received within 4 -7 business days from the time that you place your order (not a guaranteed service). You can use Persix's "Track Your Order" to monitor the status of your order. CANCELLATIONS: Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted.
Refund policy
REFUNDS:
You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 10 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund. We do not offer refunds on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health and safety reasons. Please contact us and we will assist you with the process.
SHIPPING RETURNED ITEMS:
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you find the product has been damaged in shipment (cracked, leaking, broken), contact us immediately and we will be glad to send you a new product at our expense. We simply ask that you send us a picture, documenting the damage.
